Returns & Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds or change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@mimikai.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll assess and, if approved, provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
What’s covered

Items that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described/ordered.

At our discretion, eligible items will be repaired or replaced. If a repair or replacement isn’t available, a refund may be offered.
What’s not covered / non-returnable

Change-of-mind returns.

Used items or items not in their original condition/packaging.

Perishables and personal care items (e.g., beauty products), custom or personalized items.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.

How to start a claim
Email support@mimikai.com within 7 days of delivery:

Include: photos/videos showing the issue, full packaging shot, and a brief description.
Once approved, we’ll issue a prepaid label (where applicable). Items must be returned using the provided instructions.
Shipping costs
If we determine the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we cover reasonable return shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
European Union 14-day cooling-off (if shipped into the EU)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Contact support@mimikai.com to exercise this right. (This statutory right is separate from our no-refund policy and cannot be excluded.)
